I was not financially compensated for the following post. Hat was provided by Little Fit. All thoughts, opinions, & ideas are my own. Thank you to Little Fit for partnering with me. And thank you readers for supporting the brands that support this blog & my family.

Welcome to Mini Style Wednesday, a weekly link up where child fashion takes center stage. Styling & helping my kids discover their fashion identity as they grow is one of my favorite parts about being a mother. Myself & Chelsea, from Chelsea Beeswax, co-host this weekly event where you can link up your kid fashion photos from Instagram or from your blog. Our goal is to inspire other parents & their kids to help express themselves through fashion & explore their personal style. Follow along with us each week & share your kid or baby style posts & Instagram photos.

It's starting to creep into hotter temps here, which means hat season for the dudes. I try not to let them out without a hat & sunnies on. Collin's is from Little Fit, where they makehats for kids& we love it's cheeky design. He gets complimented on it every time he wears it into town. We are giving one away at the end of this post, be sure to enter for your chance to win one for your little man or little lady (they make this fun ABCD one in pink, too!).

These are my little people...

This week has been rough. My wisdom teeth are causing me so much pain & Evelyn is whiney times 1000. We went to the dentist on Monday & while Collin left with a high five & sticker of approval, I left with the discovery of four cavities, one that needs a root canal, one that is infected, impacted wisdom teeth, a prescription for Motrin & antibiotics, a slew of appointments for the next month, & sore gums from all the cleaning they had to do. In conclusion, I'mgreatat keeping my kids' teeth clean, but mine? Not so much.

Evelyn is in this phase of constant whines. It's basically all she does. Cries & whines until she is picked up or until someone hands her a cracker.... which makes her happy for approximately 2 minutes & 41 seconds before she's back to whineration. She's makin' it rain whinerade up in here. Four vaccines on Friday, I'm sure haven't helped with the 'tude.

We also have 10 puppies currently living in Madison & Andie's room. Has anyone ever told you how similar owning a puppy is to having a newborn? It's pretty similar.... & especially similar in the bodily fluids aspect..... times 10, you guys.

I feel like all of my irritations are magnified because of the amount of pain my teeth are causing me. I actually have enjoyed having the puppies. And as for Evelyn's phase...the extra cuddles are fantastic. I'm just feeling sorry for myself right now over all of the crap. To lighten up my mood, let's have a giveaway! I've teamed up withLittle Fitto give one of you an adorable hat from their collection. To enter, use the form below; be sure to see how you can earn additional entries. Entries will close on May 7th, 2014 at 12:00AM PST.
